Unless you request a different method, your quote will be provided using the email address or phone number (for a text) you used to contact us.
If the quote is accepted, you will be provided an invoice using the same method which will include several payment options for your convenience.

FAQ
Do you accept returns? No. Because we specialize in custom pieces, returns and exchanges are not allowed. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Can I pay when I receive my order? Full payment is required before production starts. We have several payment options available such as Afterpay that will allow you to pay later.
How soon will my order be done? Any delays in payment or providing information may cause delays in fulfillment. There is a 7 day minimum on all orders. Rush orders may be accepted upon request with an additional fee.
Do you offer bulk pricing? If you are ordering in bulk for a business, team, or organization, please contact us to discuss the project.
Can I pickup my order? Local pickups are allowed with prior approval. Please contact us for more details.
What are your business hours? Orders are processed Mon.-Fri. from 6pm-9pm. We reserve our weekends for our families and are closed for all major holidays.
