Please provide the following info in your email or text:
- Your name & shipping address
- Detailed description of the custom piece(s)
- Including size, color(s), etc.
- Quantity needed
- Date needed by (our production time does not include delivery)
- Inspirational photos (if available)
Unless you request a different method, your quote will be provided using the email address or phone number (for a text) you used to contact us.
If the quote is accepted, you will be provided an invoice using the same method which will include several payment options for your convenience.

FAQ
- Do you accept returns? No. Because we specialize in custom pieces, returns and exchanges are not allowed. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- Can I pay when I receive my order? Full payment is required before production starts. We have several payment options available such as Afterpay that will allow you to pay later.
- How soon will my order be done? Any delays in payment or providing information may cause delays in fulfillment. There is a 7 day minimum on all orders. Rush orders may be accepted upon request with an additional fee.
- Do you offer bulk pricing? If you are ordering in bulk for a business, team, or organization, please contact us to discuss the project.
- Can I pickup my order? Local pickups are allowed with prior approval. Please contact us for more details.
- What are your business hours? Orders are processed Mon.-Fri. from 6pm-9pm. We reserve our weekends for our families and are closed for all major holidays.
